All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer two shipping options to serve our global customer base:

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Included with all standard shipments

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Minimum Order: $50 or more
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Available with EMS service

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide excluding certain Asian and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SVP Sports Sale, we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that athletes and active individuals need gear that fits perfectly and performs exceptionally.

Quick Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Exchange Options: Size exchanges available for most apparel and footwear

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

Most of our products are eligible for returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery, including:

  • Activewear and Apparel (sizes, style exchanges)
  • Accessories (new and unused)
  • Footwear (unworn, in original box)
  • Bags and Backpacks
  • American College Teams merchandise

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate Apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or Personalized Items
  • Final Sale Items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Items without original tags or showing signs of wear

Easy Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Submit Request: Complete the returns form below and email it to our customer service team within 15 days of delivery
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll review your request and send return instructions within 24-48 hours
  3. Ship Your Return: Package items securely with original tags and include the completed returns form
  4. Receive Resolution: Get your refund or exchange processed once we receive and inspect your items

Refund Information

We want you to get your refund as quickly as possible:

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Note for International Customers: Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution and location. Returns must be shipped using a trackable method, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties.
