Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged
Most of our products are eligible for returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery, including:
- Activewear and Apparel (sizes, style exchanges)
- Accessories (new and unused)
- Footwear (unworn, in original box)
- Bags and Backpacks
- American College Teams merchandise
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimate Apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or Personalized Items
- Final Sale Items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear

Refund Information
We want you to get your refund as quickly as possible:
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
